when getting a chemical straightner it is very important to ask a few questions.

1. Is this a cold straightner? Which is  a regular chemical straightner

2. Is this a hot straightner? which is typically known as a Japanese straightner.

3. Do you do test strands? I reccommend this highly.

4.Will you redo the straightner again if the sraightner reverts back to curly?
